The BigBlueButton core developers recently wrapped up its 12th BigBlueButton Developer summit, held in Seneca College, York Campus (Ontario, Canada). Between May 23rd and May 27, developers from Seneca College, iMDT, Mconf, and Blindside Networks collaborated together for a full week on implementing new features, planning the product road map, and hunting (and fixing bugs).

We just returned back from another great developer summit in Porto Alegre, Brazil. This was our seventh developer summit. The BigBlueButton project holds developer summits every six months to bring the core developers and committers together to review and coordinate development on the project, do code sprints, and enjoy some good meals and company together.
The sixth BigBlueButton developers summit was held in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada from May 4th to May 8th, 2015. During the summit the project committers and developers collaborated together (and developed together) for a week to advance BigBlueButton for the needs of the community.
